Garage and caretaker accommodation starts!

Footings for the garage dug today as well as the trenches for the power and water. John will build a small self contained unit at one end of the garage for the onsite caretaker. Concrete footings will be poured tomorrow.
 
    Paperwork (leases) for the two smaller blocks almost finalised. Interesting that the solicitor had us sign these last Christmas but there had been no progress since then. Numerous emails and requests fell on to deaf ears so after we found out we could prepare our own, we spat the dummy, got the signatures required and started the process ourselves. Within two days the documents had been stamped by Financial Services so now just back to Department of Lands and that will be it! The lessons we are learning along the way!
